My Vasectomy Reversal

I’m happy to say that it’s been 30 days since my surgery. According to my post-vasectomy reversal care instructions, I was barred from any “strenuous activity (athletics, heavy lifting, extreme exertion) for thirty (30) days.”

I’ve been about to go stir-crazy, not being able to enjoy our weekly mountain bike ride, and having to watch my wife struggle with tasks that I normally do. Unfortunately, there was no bike ride today; the accumulated chores list is too long. We spent part of the morning schlepping boxes to a storage unit. But it’s nice just getting outside and doing something physically exerting for a change. Think I’ll go split some kindling…
