Design changes and update

My Vasectomy Reversal has a new look, a lighter look. I had been wanting to change the design for a while now, and I decided that I should go ahead while I have the time. With a new baby barely a month away, spare time will no doubt be in short supply soon!

I’m not that great with Photoshop, so the banner may look like a baby on water instead of a baby on a blanket. There are still a few things to clean up, and I’m hoping to get a backlog of vasectomy reversal news and research stories posted over the next few weeks too.

On a more personal note, things are moving ahead. Last weekend, we attended childbirth classes and a shower was held for Lisa. This weekend is the last one before the doctor puts the kibosh on travel, so now that the shower is past, we’re making a last trip to the city for the remaining baby gear.

Finally, we still don’t have a name; not one for a boy anyway. But I’m sure Lisa and I will come to agreement on that in the next couple of weeks.

  • I can finally leave you comments! It’s so exciting! For some reason your other format would not allow me to leave comments no matter how hard I tried. The field was always full of html.

So, in fast forward…congrats on getting pregnant, awesome beta numbers, awww, what a great ultrasound and finally, eeek! the baby’s only due a month from now?! So, so happy for you guys.

I read your blog all the time (although I’m usually a lurker), it’s nice to know you’ve been checking in here!
We’re hoping your adoption process goes well and still keeping my fingers crossed for your “we’re not really trying but still hoping” approach to getting pregnant, too. Good luck and thanks for the well wishes!
