After much internet trawling I stumbled upon your blog yesterday, and it gave me renewed hope that things would work out for my husband and I. Ben had a vasectomy when he was 35, beleiving he was not cut-out for marriage and kids. Fast forward 5 years and things have changed! We have decided to go ahead with the Vas reversal, and fingers crossed we too have success. Your blog is a ray of hope amongst the depressing stories and worrying statistics found online. Ben had a vasectomy when he was 35, beleiving he was not cut-out for marriage and kids. Fast forward 5 years and things have changed!

Firstly, its so awesome that you're a dad again, congratulations! Secondly, its uncanny - some of the similarities - my husband is currently 52 and we've been desperately trying IVF for about 2 years now. Unfortunately, hubby's vasectomy was abouit 22 years ago and my initial research through Dr Google doesn't make them good odds. Which is sad because hubby really wants to try a reversal.
