Every time no pain on ejaculation but 10 mins after my testicles and kidneys seem to have a little discomfort . There is no fluid build up in my scrotum and the amount of what I hope is semen and sperm was ridiculous, I haven seen so much for years. I hope everything has worked and that the slight discomfort is just the sperm squeezing past the new fresh joins in my tubes or vas deferens. After the op my scrotum was in shock sitting really high and my usually big penis seemed to diss appear lol. Hope this works, the money was just the price of a very cheap holiday so that's ok. His concern was the pressure it would have on the scrotal area. Wife and I waited 2 weeks. My doc said 4, but I think he was being safe. My first doctor, Dr Wayne Hellmstrom, was way to expensive, but he is world renowned, and he told us in the consult that two weeks is sufficient. Hope this helps. All,
