Post-vasectomy role reversal

As Lisa indicated in her last post, she isn’t quite ready to try and get pregnant. But her attitude isn’t the only one changing. Since the vasectomy reversal, my anxieties have pretty much vanished. I’m ready to roll. This is typical of me — agonize over something right up to the very end, but have no regrets or anxiety afterwards. Let’s get this show on the road!

So I hope you guys are doing okay. Sometimes a big step can overwelm the situation for a while. Let it settle and come back to it when you are ready. Then of course there’s the new complexity of whether to use protection or timed-intercourse as a means of avoiding until you are ready — it’s weird isn’t it suddenly being fertile again.

Thanks agness. We’re doing fine. Lisa has a pre-conception visit with the doctor this Friday, so hopefully we’ll have a green light after that.
