Prognosis?

In a previous comment, agness asked “Did they find live sperm from the testical side of the vas?” My wife spoke to the doctor, after the surgery, who said that he found sperm on the left side, and that the fluid was good on both sides. I’m not really sure what that means in terms of prognosis, but it sounds like there was at least some good news. It’s a point I’ll have to research further.
