My Vasectomy Reversal

Despite all the vitamins Rich has been taking, the results of his semen analyses have not improved. He still has a very low count and poor motility. So the doc decided it was time to test Rich’s hormone levels. He tested for testosterone, free testosterone, and free follicle stimulating hormone (FSH). The results? Rich is pretty normal (at least hormonally). Although his testosterone was a little low, the amount available as free testosterone was normal, so the doc said not to worry. His free follicle stimulating hormone was right where it should be, in the middle of the normal range.

This is good news, right? Why do I feel sorta let down? I guess it’s because I was hoping for something that we could easily fix, that would get his boys swimming and competing for the elusive egg. So what’s next? I don’t know.
